• Drive B2B sales and build relationships with end-users, lighting specifiers, distributors, and contractors • Identify and acquire new customers • Manage the sales cycle from prospection to successful closure • Meet and exceed revenue growth targets • Develop sales offers based on customer project requirements • Execute territory sales plans while leading commercial negotiations • Accurately forecast and achieve sales targets • Present products to customers and at field events • Understand industry trends, product capabilities, and customer requirements • Provide market feedback on products and competition
• Master's and/or bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or relevant discipline • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management • Fluency in English • Preferred knowledge in the LED signage or LED architectural lighting industry • Key account planning skills • Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales goals
