Description

• Senior Partnerships Director position • Join the Enterprise team • Initiate and grow strategic relationships for GA Talent • Promote and sell apprenticeships offering • Connect with decision makers to sell Hire-Train-Deploy services • Drive revenue growth through new business development • Prepare and deliver sales presentations • Coordinate and drive development of sales proposals • Maintain and build rapport with senior executives • Lead negotiation of prices and contracts • Thorough knowledge of GA Talent offerings • Maintain pipeline and provide clear reporting • Partner across the business with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams • Requires travel up to 25% of the time

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably enterprise sales • Apprenticeships/Talent experience preferred • Lead, build and execute strategic territory and account plans • Manage complex and lengthy sales cycles • Identify client challenges and develop creative solutions • Effectively communicate with FTSE100 decision makers • Track record of high performance • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills • Experience creating complex client proposals • Deep working knowledge of Salesforce.com • Entrepreneurial mindset • Fluency in English
