Description

• Achieve revenue, profit, and market share growth objectives for target account list • Serve as key contact with clients to renew, develop, and establish productive relationships • Research evolving business needs and changes for account list • Develop and execute sales strategy to retain and grow customers • Proactive communication with customers • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce • Partner with Sales Executive to receive accounts into care and growth

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in SaaS sales • Strong understanding of Learning and Performance industry • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Prospecting and qualification skills • Time management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience managing and growing accounts of $50K+ • Met or exceeded sales targets in previous role • Experience with Salesforce CRM • Experience with account management strategy and tools
