Description

• We are in search of a Senior Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of foundational infrastructure for Gladly's App Platform - helping to turn Gladly from a product into a platform. • Spearhead the creation of a framework that empowers customers to seamlessly integrate with external systems and partners. • Architect and implement the backbone of our platform, enabling customers to develop their own Gladly applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and extensibility of our API framework. • Build innovative, scalable, and secure systems. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship. • Work closely with a small, nimble, cross-functional team. • Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Experience designing and shipping scalable distributed systems • Understanding of RESTful principles, GraphQL, and proficiency in Go • Experience with SaaS integrations and platforms • Relentlessly focused on the customer • Value collaboration • Clear communication skills • Curious and love learning • (Bonus) Experience with technologies - Go, Kafka, Postgres, Redis, React, Node, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, ElasticSearch
