• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging cold calling, email campaigns, and market analysis to identify and target new business opportunities. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, delivering compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products/services. • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, tailoring proposals to address specific client needs identified during the prospecting phase. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize client engagement and ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 8-10 years of proven experience in B2B business development or a related role, with a focus on lead generation and client engagement. • B2B experience selling professional services or in a complex sales environment. • Life Sciences experience is preferable. • Specific Clinical Development experience (eCOA/ePRO in particular) • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding lead generation targets. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities. • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced knowledge of sales automation tools.
