• Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, email, sms, and chat to provide knowledge-based solutions; Utilize established protocols and guidance from the team leads to resolve complex or unusual requests that may require a customized solution; Dealing with post-purchase situations • Analyze each customer’s service needs and execute, escalate, or route to the appropriate internal departments, as needed; Build relationships with customers by proactively following up on their level of satisfaction with the products and services. Address any resulting inquiries and/or concerns; • Participate in projects and provide team support as needed.
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service. • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience in CRM software is preferred. • Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills. • Must have a community-first (warm) communication style. • A good ability to learn and understand products. • Interest in growing plants/hydroponics is a huge plus.
