Description
• Provision and allocate storage to server assets • Improve infrastructure team processes • Identify and fix problem areas in existing storage infrastructure • Triage and troubleshoot efficiently during production incidents • Develop documentation to empower team members • Act as a point of escalation for other Storage Systems Engineers • Manage patching and security activities
Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant infrastructure systems support experience • 3+ years of experience designing and supporting advanced storage • 2+ years of experience scripting and automating tasks • Technical experience with performance analysis, data recovery, and compliance with security frameworks • Experience working in a large enterprise environment • Passionate about technology and abreast of technical developments • Motivated self-starter and proven technical leader • Experience with Network Storage systems, DNS and IP Management, system monitoring tools, and cloud storage
