• Ensuring largest and highest potential accounts find value in service • Growing footprint within 500+ customer base and new customer base • Building and refining sales motion within largest accounts • Delivering value and running crisp sales processes with new accounts • Expanding footprint within highest value accounts • Developing executive and building-level relationships • Facilitating timely delivery of software solution • Project managing and coordinating internal resources • Collaborating with Customer Success Team
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales within Commercial Real Estate or Energy Efficiency field • Ability to provide tailored guidance on energy-related topics • Strong track record in expansion or new business • Experience in developing account plans • Experience with Salesforce, Sales engagement tools, Google Workspace • Proactive sales approach • Building customer advocacy • Must currently live in and have legal right to work in the United States
