• Initiating and coordinating the project delivery to the agreed timeline • Coordinating and delivering solution training to the customer project team • Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes • Providing information/data to the Sales and Operations management teams • Monitoring onboarding delivery performance • Keeping a record of project issues and their timely resolution • Communicating with Customer Success manager about onboarding procedures and ways to improve it • Being aware of new solution updates • Capturing and tracking customer feature enhancement requests

Requirements

• Experience as a Sales Support Specialist/Associate • Familiar with ERP and CRM Configuration Options and MS Office programs • Good customer service skills • Superb communication skills • Able to multitask across multiple customer projects • Good team player • BA/BSc or Assoc degree in Marketing, Business or related field
