• Achieve implementation support to sales representatives • Respond to customer queries • Experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices • Manage timeline and delivery metrics • Be goal-oriented • Perform well in a team environment • Have exceptional people skills • Contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships • Ensuring smooth customer onboarding operations
