• Help independent news organizations publish great content • Migrate news sites to WordPress and launch on the Newspack platform • Work with publishers to troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues • Drive adoption of best practices in digital news publishing and monetization • Collaborate with product engineers to refine the Newspack product • Seek TAMs in North and Latin America

Requirements

• Team player and self-starter • Experienced in running technical projects at various scales • Ability to work on multiple projects without losing focus • Value establishing long-term relationships • View customers as partners and value constant communication with customers and teammates • Experience with WordPress • Passionate about understanding customer needs and proposing creative solutions • Believe in Open Source and the Open Web
