Description

• Design and document a flexible, scalable, and robust state-of-the-art architecture for Salesforce • Understand and scope technical elements within Salesforce • Evaluate scalability of configuration changes • Provide advanced support and oversee QA/UAT for deployments • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices • Mentor team members with less experience • Create and manage custom objects, page layouts, fields, email templates, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, and Managed Packages

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a Salesforce Advanced Administrative role • Bachelor's degree • Full competency and knowledge of two or more Salesforce offerings • Proficiency as a Salesforce developer • Expert in Salesforce Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, and Formulas • Experience working at a startup • Working knowledge of Partner Relationship Management Tools, Service Cloud, Einstein, and AI integration • Strong ability to scope internal customer requirements into scalable technical designs
