⢠Analyzing HR systems to identify gaps and offer recommendations ⢠Reviewing policies and providing recommendations related to workforce planning, analytics, recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, and performance management ⢠Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training Materials ⢠Drafting, revising, developing, and maintaining SOPs and training materials ⢠Creating manuals, guides, job aids, and video tutorials ⢠Ensuring SOPs and reference materials are clear and comprehensive ⢠Reviewing and updating training materials ⢠Providing operational support for recruitment and staffing tasks and projects ⢠Processing personnel actions utilizing different systems ⢠Utilizing a tracking/intake system to ensure timely processing of personnel actions ⢠Collaborating and providing support to various teams and stakeholders ⢠Experience with electronic storage and management of HR-related documents and materials
⢠Minimum of at least 6 years of Federal HR Experience ⢠Expertise in human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development ⢠In-depth knowledge of Federal and Agency laws and regulations related to HR operations ⢠Strong analytical skills ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills ⢠Proficiency in managing personnel actions ⢠Ability to collaborate and provide support ⢠Experience with electronic storage and management of HR-related documents and materials
