Requirements
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in field sales in the employer's benefits or wellness space • Established network of professional contacts • Successful sales history and consistent quota attainment • Fluency in relationship-building with key decision-makers • Excellent presentation and writing skills • Willingness to travel as needed
