Description

• Create and curate sales collateral, presentations, and product documentation that align with sales strategies and customer needs • Develop engaging and effective training materials for both new and existing products (one-pagers, playbooks, scripts, objection handling) • Develop the communication material for the Sales Team to drive sales through the monthly campaigns • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the sales team updated on product updates, features, and competitive positioning • Facilitate effective communication between product development, marketing, and sales teams regarding product updates, market trends, and competitive intelligence • Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies for addressing performance gaps • Promotional campaigns weekly tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related role. • Strong content development and communication skills. • Familiarity with sales processes and a track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and implementing strategies for improvement. • Creative mindset with the ability to continuously enhance sales enablement processes. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to process improvement. • Excellent communication skills in English
