Description

• Managing sales inquiries, keeping sales department records, and filing contracts • Scheduling appointments with customers • Assisting sales reps with crafting proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored for a high-level audience • Updating the sales pipeline with new opportunities, tracking their progress, and updating the sales team

Requirements

• BS or BA in Business Administration Or Experience commensurate with requirements • Three or more years of experience in sales administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within B2B SAAS company • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
