Description

• We are currently preparing for future growth and seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our team • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading clients through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions tailored to their specific needs • As a key member of our consulting team, you will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed expectations • The Salesforce Services team is committed to excellence, our low turnover proves our team members embark on careers with SIG, not just jobs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Proven experience leading clients through Salesforce implementations and customizations, preferably within the higher education sector • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including declarative configuration, workflow automation, and data management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 10% travel)
