Description

• Serve as the liaison between Icertis and the customer • Address and prioritize support items with customers and internal teams • Troubleshoot issues and provide workarounds • Develop and deliver operational updates and collaborate on strategic reviews • Drive initiatives for productivity and ticket resolution quality improvement • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members • Occasional travel (~20%) to visit assigned customers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Support, App Development, or Sustaining engineering • Troubleshooting skills in C#, SQL, and JavaScript • Expertise in Windows Azure, Cloud Computing, ASP.NET, and/or MVC • .Net and Azure certification (advantageous) • Understanding of customer support processes and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
