Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred • 2 years or more experience working in Customer Success and Sales • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Track record of meeting and exceeding account growth targets/KPIs • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience • Comfortable building trust and communicating effectively with all types of customers
