Description

• Identify and manage opportunities with prospects' RCM strategies • Establish relationships with C-suite and HIM executives • Manage sales process from prospecting to closing • Emphasize product features based on customers' needs • Create and deliver solution proposals • Maintain professional knowledge through networking and partnerships • Enter vital information in CRM • Collaborate with marketing, sales development, customer service, and operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Management Administration, Marketing or related field • 3+ years experience selling healthcare RCM solutions in hospital or clinic setting • Ability to interact with C-suite and HIM executives • Success exceeding annual sales targets • Cross-selling capabilities • Strong closing skills • Lead generation experience • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to lift 20 lbs • Comfortable with lifting, bending, twisting, standing, sitting, and travel as required
