Description

• As the Director of Partnerships, lead the Affiliate Management division, drive strategic partnerships and growth, analyze tactics, manage campaigns, and maintain high-value relationships aligned with the mission. Work with top influencers and content creators, handle outbound campaigns, and work with high-quality products to improve people's lives.

Requirements

• 2 years or more experience in a similar role at an affiliate network, agency, or brand • 3 years or more experience in the digital marketing industry working with a variety of paid and organic channels to drive e-commerce performance • 3 years or more experience working with clients • Strong adaptability and interest in health & wellness • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships • Experience in analyzing tactics and managing projects • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills • Ability to see opportunities and successfully outreach new leads • Experience with managing affiliate requests • Ability to make configuration changes in affiliate tracking platforms.
