Description

• Responsible for selling Innovaccer's payer specific solutions to the U.S. insurance market. • Work closely with top executives at leading healthcare payers to introduce and expand adoption of Innovaccer's offerings. • Grow enterprise sales and collaborate with inside sales, sales engineering, and marketing teams. • Align and execute enterprise sales strategy across the company. • Own and drive top of the funnel growth, increase market presence, and generate qualified leads. • Manage end-to-end sales process, including client communications, presentations, workshops, negotiations, and deal signing. • Complete core field sales team responsibilities, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business assessment. • Refine sales pitches, collateral, and demos while building Innovaccer and provider expertise. • Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings to increase footfall.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum 8+ years of healthcare payer sales experience; technology sales preferred. • Experience and deep understanding of payer organizations and their needs. • Established contacts and networks within leading US healthcare payer. • Ability to prospect potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. • Ability to develop and lead complex business presentations. • Willingness to travel and take necessary actions. • Healthcare technology sales experience, ability to manage leads in long sales cycles. • Payer sales expertise, ability to identify current trends and market positioning. • Ability to foster relationships and build champions at buyer organizations. • Ability to manage complex deals, coordinate between stakeholders, and project manage. • Ability to guide and drive top of the funnel growth, mentor inside sales and demand generation executives. • Ability to create new business models and use-cases. • Ability and experience in managing large opportunities with top 5 payers in US and driving significant revenue. • Agile thinker and problem-solver, experienced in late-stage startup environments. • Ambitious, Hustler, Driven, Hardworking, Transparent, Empathetic, and Pro-active.
