• 5-10 years of successful experience in enterprise software SaaS sales • CLM or ERP experience is a strong preference • Past experience/demonstrated performance selling into the Federal space a plus • Ability to understand customer and industry business drivers • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience • Experience in closing large enterprise software sales opportunities • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Experience selling into enterprise accounts • Track record of exceeding quota year over year • Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills • Works cooperatively and interdependently with others • Enthusiastic and customer-oriented • Responses effectively to surprises and challenges • Maintains focus on solutions and finds alternative approaches • Competitive and focused on results
