• Front-end direct sales professional presenting fleet electrification solutions • Structure, price, and negotiate financial leasing and charging solutions • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Manage pipeline from lead generation through close • Collaborate with management and support teams • Develop and present EV transition plans and sales presentations • Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders • Meet and exceed annual sales targets • Elevate brand image through networking at events
• 8+ years in B2B sales • Experience selling disruptive technology or new products • Proven track record of closing deals • Hunter mentality for prospecting • Strong problem-solving and relationship building skills • Understanding of complex sales cycles • Working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Industry experience in fleet electrification, transportation, or energy
• Compensation: $150-180k + commission • Remote work eligible with occasional travel • Opportunities to relocate to work in person • Collaborative work in office Tuesday through Thursday • In-office teams work remotely on Monday and Friday • Opportunity to work for a company focused on accelerating the electrification of transportation
