• You have 8+ years in B2B sales and can quickly get up to speed on complicated concepts • You have experience selling a disruptive technology or have taken a new product to market • You have excellent prospecting, time management, networking, relationship building skills and a proven track record of closing deals • You can effectively manage multiple deals in various stages of the sales process • You have industry experience within fleet electrification, transportation, or energy and can speak/sell to the challenges across the EV segment • You have a working knowledge of CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • You are known for your creative problem-solving skills, can craft unique solutions and present complex material effectively • You enjoy the thrill of prospecting and are a hunter, not a farmer • You are a strategic sales rep who can also get into the weeds with prospects via data, analysis and industry specific language • You have experience selling based on value proposition rather than price • You are familiar with a complex sales cycle (12-18 months) and can understand the process to get those deals over the line while building strong relationships with external stakeholders
