• Educate, guide, and sell complex B2B enterprise software to medium- and enterprise merchants in the US and Canada • Engage in a full cycle sales motion and build strong relationships with Fortune 1000 companies • Work collaboratively with direct sales and partnerships team • Drive direct sales to medium- and enterprise businesses in the US and Canada • Work cross-functionally with sales engineers, partnerships group, and CEO • Act as a consultant to help solve merchant problems • Participate in strategic revenue growth decisions and product roadmap discussions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 5+ years Enterprise B2B SaaS Account Executive experience • Demonstrated track record of closing complex sales cycles • Customer-centric approach • Ability to understand and lead various stakeholders in the sales process • Thorough sales process orientation with accurate pipeline forecasting • Polished verbal and written communication skills • Nice to haves: Payments experience, MEDDIC-based sales methods, existing customer relationships
