• Convert customers' goals into reality • Solve problems by working with stakeholders to create both technical and non-technical programs • Advise on best practices while ensuring solutions fit customer's unique constraints • Provide input into improving solutions architecting processes and products • Lead technical sales cycles • Build trust with customers • Drive product innovation • Improve operational processes • Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams

Requirements

• 5+ years solutions architecting, sales engineering, implementation consulting experience • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical customer goals • Adept client relationship management skills • Strong product sense • Clear and decisive written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead complex integration conversations • Familiarity with APIs • Experimental with new technologies • Proven ability to work cross functionally • Self-starter • Responsible & accountable • Attention to detail and deep curiosity • Nice to have: Previous start-up experience
