• Responsible for managing a multi-faceted business development process • Reporting directly to the M&A Business Development Manager - Europe • Conduct industry and competitive research to identify vertical market software businesses • Engage with target business owners, shareholders, and senior executives • Develop and grow a deal pipeline through outbound sales efforts • Maintain the group’s deal funnel, prospect information and reporting in Salesforce • Making recommendations to the senior leadership team of Vesta for potential strategies.
• 2+ years of Sales or Business development experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Demonstrated success in cold calling, prospecting, and sales processes • Degree in business administration, business or a related area of study or equivalent is an asset • Prior software experience in a business to business environment is an asset.
