• Supporting and growing Jumio’s enterprise customers • Being a subject matter expert on Jumio’s solutions • Building strong relationships with customers • Advocating for customer voice • Collaborating with various teams internally to ensure customer success • Performing cadenced business reviews • Identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities • Minimizing potential churn or risks • Working in a multicultural and geographically diverse organization • Comfortable in a rapid growth environment with high degrees of autonomy and ambiguity

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in a technical, customer-facing role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong technical communication skills • Ability to track technical projects • Proactive with an eye for improvement • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills • Team player with a vested interest in personal development • Comfortable in start-up or scale-up business environment • Optional qualification: European language knowledge
