• Trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle • Engage with customers in both the pre- and post-sales process • Build proof-of-concepts to understand customer requirements • Provide proactive technical guidance to customers • Drive customer retention and expansion through relationship building • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with technical escalations • Drive strategic innovation and promote retention by delivering additional value • Contribute towards the success of the CS organization through knowledge-sharing activities

Requirements

• Customer-facing Experience: 3-5 years in B2B SaaS • Technical Skills: Proficient in API, Excel, SQL, Data visualization tools, software development • Data Proficiency: Ability to work with data sets, understanding data models and analytics techniques • Process Clarity: Ability to bring clarity to complex processes • Intrapreneurial: Creativity in creating solutions • Autonomous: Self-starter with project management skills • Collaboration: Strong collaborator • Excellence and Growth Mindset: Passion for learning new technologies and skills
