• Oversee all BPO operations, including managing teams and resources efficiently. • Enhance performance and service delivery through the implementation of effective strategies and continuous process improvement. • Secure new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones through proactive engagement, regular communication, and excellent customer service. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs and exceed their expectations. • Monitor industry trends and stay updated with the latest developments in BPO to ensure the company remains competitive and ahead of the curve. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards to uphold operational excellence and deliver high-quality services to clients. • Provide leadership and guidance to the BPO team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional development. • Analyze and report on key performance indicators and metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for further improvement. • Maintain effective communication channels with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively, and actively seeking their feedback to continuously enhance client satisfaction. • Drive a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the BPO team, encouraging creative thinking and providing opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the BPO industry • Exceptional client management skills and business acumen • A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement • Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and the latest trends in operations management • A track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Exceptional leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering high-quality services
