Description

• Koddi Ads Program Managers are responsible for planning, organizing, managing and executing programs from beginning to end. • They oversee client relationships regarding program management, feature development, testing, integration. • They work across the organization to ensure program schedules are on track and stakeholders are informed. • They analyze data and make regular decisions that affect the program(s). • They resolve conflicts, motivate teams and make hard decisions. • They work closely with delivery teams to bring new products and solutions to market. • They collaborate with customers on program strategy and alignment. • They act as the face of Koddi for partners and as the face of partners for Koddi. • They work closely with customers to grow their programs and improve performance. • They coordinate and lead daily team activities. • They assist with management decisions and activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience • 3+ years of management experience • Experience in project management, technical business analysis, and customer success. • Knowledge of software delivery and customer success processes. • Experience in resolving client issues and developing new services and solutions. • Fluent in advertising and technology delivery processes. • Proficient in support operations like SQL, ZenDesk, SFDC. • Broad experience in data management and technical basics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. • Organized with outstanding attention to detail. • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Entrepreneurial spirit.
