• Building and managing long term relationships with clients • Retaining and developing customer portfolio • Preventing Churn • Driving revenue growth via upsell and cross-sell • Monitoring KPIs and monthly targets • Sending commercial proposals • Working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management • Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive and independent • Attention to details, problem anticipation • Good negotiation techniques and ability to deal with decision makers • Love for digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing • Fluent in English and native Spanish speaker
