• Supports the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition (TA) operations by managing core processes, knowledge assets, case resolution, and compliance activities • Acts as a key operational focal point across TA, RPO, and cross-functional partners, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and TA processes • Strong operational discipline with attention to detail and data accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities across process, compliance, and operational support
