Description

• The VP, Global Growth Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and execution of commercial sales initiatives worldwide. • This position demands a forward-thinking individual with a proven track record of success in scaling commercial sales teams globally. • Responsibilities include providing visionary leadership to the global inside sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, optimizing sales processes, defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with regional sales leaders, and fostering communication and knowledge-sharing across different regions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience • Track record of exceeding targets and growing contribution • Experience building and managing sales programs • Demonstrable track record of managing an accurate sales forecast • Strong ability to interact and influence C-level executives and team members • Record of recruiting and enabling top talent • 7+ years of management experience • Ideally have experience within both sales development + mid-market closing teams
