📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based Manufacturing and IT positions, from requirement intake through placement • Partner directly with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, priorities, technical skills, and candidate expectations • Conduct intake discussions and translate client requirements into sourcing and screening strategies • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against technical, functional, and role-specific requirements • Present qualified candidates to clients with candidate summaries and screening information • Manage candidate submissions and recruitment activity through SAP Fieldglass • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, preparation, follow-up, and feedback collection • Maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Follow up with hiring managers on interview feedback and move candidates through each stage • Manage the process through selection, offer, onboarding, and placement • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients • Maintain accurate records and timely updates in Fieldglass and other recruitment/ATS systems • Meet recruitment KPIs related to submissions, interviews, placements, turnaround time, and client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in US recruiting • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Manufacturing and/or IT roles • Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from intake to placement/onboarding • Hands-on experience working with SAP Fieldglass, preferably in a contingent workforce or staffing environment • Experience working directly with US-based hiring managers and clients • Strong understanding of US recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate markets • Experience recruiting technical, IT, engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, or similar positions • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Availability to work 9 AM to 6 PM US Eastern Standard Time • Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset • Second monitor • Stable internet connection • Backup internet connection
