📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles from job posting to offer stage • Screen and vet applicants through phone and video • Schedule and conduct back-to-back interviews using Zoom, Google Meet, and/or Calendly • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs • Represent the company positively and professionally to candidates • Create an engaging, welcoming applicant experience • Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate journey • Assist HR with onboarding, documentation, and administrative support as needed • Support a high volume of applicant communication and interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to connect easily with people • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and interviews daily • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Previous recruiting, interviewing, or talent acquisition experience preferred • Experience using Zoom, Google Calendar, and/or Calendly preferred • Proficiency with Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute • BambooHR experience is a plus • Availability for Monday–Friday training, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5) • Availability for the post-training Monday–Friday schedule, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM EDT/EST (GMT-5) • Ability to work one Saturday per month on a rotating basis, with a corresponding weekday off • Strong high-speed Wi-Fi • Good microphone and camera • Organized and professional work-from-home setup • Exceptional English proficiency, including clear pronunciation and strong conversational skills • Submission of a 2–3 minute English video recording or video link • Submission of a resume or portfolio and brief cover message • Complete applications that follow all instructions
