• Solve customer inquiries via email and other channels • Know products in intimate detail and be able to speak about them with passion • Keep records of customer interactions and actions taken • Identify and draft improvements to help content database • Collaborate with team members • Manage and process returns • Analyze trends in customer issues to reduce inbound inquiries

Requirements

• Native or near-native English speaker • Love to help people • Excellent writer • Attention to spelling and grammar • Coachable and dedicated to personal improvement • Thorough and detail-oriented • Tech literate and can learn new software • Share company values • Fluency in other languages (optional) • Proven past experience in a customer care role (preferred)
