• Acquire and advise new customers in the area of review management and online reputation based on existing leads • Sell solutions for managing, analyzing, and optimizing online reviews • Advise companies on the strategic use of reviews as drivers of trust and revenue • Position complementary services from PR, content, and reputation-building • Negotiate with decision-makers at mid-sized companies on an equal footing • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships • Work closely with internal departments (Inside Sales, Account Management, and Project Management) • Regular reporting on sales activities and closed deals
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of consultative services • Ideally experience in reputation, reviews, PR, or content marketing • Ability to communicate complex services clearly, benefit-oriented, and persuasively • Strong communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with decision-makers • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset and an independent working style • Structured approach and strong closing skills
