• Work closely with your Account Executive to identify key decision makers and prospects for Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts • Flex creative muscles by creating distinct, value-based outreach plans • Be collaborative and team-obsessed. If you find something that works well, then you’ll share your best practices to the wider sales team with the goal of making everyone better • Create a stellar first impression to our prospects and customers by building meaningful relationships and explaining Lumos’ potential value-add for their business • Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries for your Account Executive by identifying needs, challenges, and goals of our prospective customers • Provide constructive feedback to Sales Managers and Sales Enablement on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role
