• Handle Salesforce requests across the company, ensuring timely and effective solutions. • Implement and maintain flows, validation rules, and other Salesforce declarative functions to enhance our CRM's capabilities. • Perform rigorous testing to guarantee the functionality and quality of Salesforce implementations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and understand requirements for Salesforce enhancements, translating business needs into technical solutions. • Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and functionalities, ensuring system reliability. • Work closely with teams across the company to grasp their requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions. • Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices and new features to optimize system performance and user experience.
Requirements
• Salesforce Certifications: (Optional) Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or equivalent are preferred. • Experience: 2-3 years in Salesforce CRM administration and configuration. • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce declarative functionalities, including flows, validation rules, and more. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for troubleshooting complex issues. • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Business Acumen: Experience translating operations team requests into Salesforce requirements is highly valued.
