• Map and actively prospect enterprise retail accounts with a focus on clients in the beauty and health segments. • Identify decision-makers, build relevant connections and initiate strategic conversations. • Qualify outbound leads based on technical fit and business potential. • Create prospecting cadences (email, social, phone, WhatsApp) and continuously refine approaches. • Generate qualified opportunities for Sales Executives, ensuring full context and a well-structured handoff. • Keep the CRM consistently updated, ensuring predictability and funnel organization. • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve ICP, lists, pitch and messaging. • Monitor e-commerce and omnichannel market trends to spark informed conversations with prospects. • Conduct in-depth research on target companies and strategic stakeholders. • Build segmented lead lists based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile). • Run meetings to understand the prospect's context, pain points, maturity and urgency. • Contribute to the creation of new prospecting playbooks, scripts and approaches.
• Previous experience as a hunter salesperson in technology, SaaS, or e-commerce within the beauty, health or payments segments. • Experience with active prospecting for mid-market and enterprise accounts. • Hands-on knowledge of CRM and cadence automation tools. • Clear communication and the ability to conduct conversations at manager/director level. • Organized, disciplined and goal-oriented profile. • Analytical capability to qualify companies and understand digital market pain points. • Availability to travel. • Preferred qualifications • Knowledge of the e-commerce, omnichannel market or SaaS platforms. • Experience with complex sales and long decision cycles. • Familiarity with HubSpot, RD Station, Apollo or similar platforms.
