Description

• Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements • Manage expense reports on a timely basis • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences • Respond to email correspondence and authorizing messages on behalf of the executives • Screen and direct phone calls and emails • Handle confidential information with discretion • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed • Assist with special projects, as assigned • Support team members, including VP of Investor Relations and VP of Finance • Collaborate with other EAs and executives, if needed, to ensure efficiencies across all functions with a positive, helpful attitude

Requirements

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role • Biotechnology industry experience a strongly preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software • Bachelor's degree preferred
