Description

• Qualify all sales leads generated by marketing • Leverage prospecting strategies to connect with prospective customers • Work closely with the sales team to schedule discovery meetings • Manage new contacts via CRM platform (Salesforce) • Focus on Inbound Lead Response (75%) with additional attention on Outbound Prospecting (25%)

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service roles • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent • Strong analytical, relational and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin • Other language skills in Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, and Malay are a plus • Goal-oriented and full of drive • Passionate about developing new skills and building a network of peers & mentors
