Description
• The Financial Controller will become an integral part of our client’s mission to empower organizations with comprehensive financial oversight. • As a leading figure in their finance department, the candidate will spearhead efforts to ensure financial accuracy, integrity, and efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards. • The Financial Controller’s role will encompass strategic financial planning, meticulous accounting practices, and proactive risk management. • The candidate must be a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to driving financial excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. • At least 3 – 5 years in a senior finance or accounting role, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. • Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP principles and financial accounting standards. • Proficiency in financial software systems QuickBooks Online and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated aptitude for building relationships and influencing stakeholders. • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team of finance professionals. • CPA or MBA Certification
