📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and other sourcing channels • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Reach out to passive candidates and create interest in career opportunities • Partner with Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies • Provide market insights on talent availability, trends, and recruitment challenges • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and best practice sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French language skills (C1/C2) in a professional business environment • Good command of English for collaboration within an international team • Proven experience in active sourcing and candidate engagement across multiple channels • Strong understanding of the French recruitment market, especially technical and specialist recruitment • Ability to engage passive candidates and convert initial conversations into recruitment opportunities • Understanding of candidate motivations and market dynamics within French-speaking markets • Ability to independently plan sourcing activities and manage priorities • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Strong relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders • Ability to use market insights and data to drive sourcing decisions
