📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meetings through to offer acceptance • Recruit for a diverse portfolio of blue-collar and white-collar positions • Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment tools • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor • Provide market insights and support hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Collaborate closely with sourcing, marketing and HR teams to deliver hiring goals • Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience gained in an agency, RPO or in-house environment • Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills • Experience working with ATS and sourcing platforms; Workday is an advantage • Experience working in an international environment and partnering with stakeholders across different locations is highly valued • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously • A proactive, consultative approach and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
