📋 Description

• Speaking with candidates over the phone and screening suitability for roles • Candidate outreach • Writing and sending candidate profiles to clients • Assisting with management of permanent and locum candidates • Coordinating interviews and follow-ups • Formatting CVs • CRM/database management • General recruitment and administration support • Working closely with the Principal Consultant on day-to-day recruitment activities

🎯 Requirements

• Has excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Feels confident speaking with candidates and clients over the phone • Is outgoing, personable and professional • Can work independently and does not require constant supervision • Takes feedback and guidance well • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Has previous recruitment experience working with clients in Australia / USA / Canada or England
