Description

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts in the geographical territory • Sell solutions for Traffic Planning, Traffic Operations, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emptions, Transit Priority, and other available solutions • Engage external influencers such as City Departments, City Mobility, Open Data, Engineering Firms, and Academics • Collaborate with Partners, Business Development Managers, and Marketing team to develop regional campaigns • Navigate approved product list (APL) processes at the Province and City levels • Support trade shows in assigned territories • Lead joint RFP response teams • Achieve annual and quarterly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets • Assist in moving accounts through the customer journey • Promote internal collaboration and external visibility • Utilize Salesforce for documentation

Requirements

• University or College degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience • Experience in Transportation, Traffic, and/or urban planning field is considered an asset • 5+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts • 7+ years of experience in selling technology products/software solutions • Expert in hunting for new business and selling in a complex customer environment • Entrepreneurial spirit and instincts • Highly self-motivated in dynamic environments • Strong business acumen and ability to manage growth • Superior networking skills
