Description

• Own and execute the end-to-end pet owner growth funnel, collaborating closely with Marketing to optimize customer acquisition and retention. • Drive improvements in unit economics by identifying key levers across technology and operations, ultimately making Modern Animal more accessible to pet owners. • Influence cross-functional partners effectively, ensuring alignment and driving decision-making to achieve the goal. • Anticipate and proactively manage risks, communicating insights and recommendations to all levels within the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a product or related role, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing. • Experience working in consulting, pricing and packaging is a strong plus. • Intrinsic motivation to build a strong business through technology and exceptional customer experience. • Track record of leading projects that translate to impactful business outcomes. • Effective cross-functional influencer and communicator with analytical prowess and P&L analysis skills. • Ability to operate at multiple levels, from strategic thinking to detailed execution. • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and asking for help when needed. • Experience working within an industry with heavy operation components is nice to have.
