Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Track and analyze key performance metrics • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns • Strong network of relationships with influencers and content creators • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
