Description

• Develop and execute mutli-channel marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our app, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product vision. • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to support campaign execution and achieve business objectives within financial constraints. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to achieve ambitious targets. • Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning and messaging strategies across various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience. • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and design, to inform strategic decision-making and drive product innovation based on market insights and customer feedback. • Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders to amplify brand awareness and foster strategic alliances that accelerate user growth. • Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. • Proven track record of 8-10 years in senior marketing roles within B2C environments, preferably with experience in app, tech, or startup companies. • Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in managerial positions, driving cross-functional teams to deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving ambitious growth targets. • Deep understanding of marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, where agility and innovation are paramount to success
